Description
Fenced compound at Amlwch Port, the most northern town in Wales, which provides an gross area of approximately 389 m2 (4,188 sq ft.). The compound is within a larger compound which has vehicular access. The available compound has barbed wire running along the top of the fence and can be accessed via a pedestrian gate. Suitable for maritime related equipment storage, stored at the Licensee’s own risk. Parts of the compound have bunded concrete plinths where previous fuel tanks have been removed.
Location
Located at Amlwch Port, approximately 1.3 km northwest of Amlwch town centre. The compound can be accessed via Upper Quay Street – bearing left towards the Harbour Master’s Office. The compound can be seen immediately on the right.
Licence Terms
A 12 month licence agreement with rent paid monthly in advance. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of the licence, which will be in the region of £167.65. The Council has a policy of securing commercial rental deposits equal to 6 months’ rent. This is a completely separate payment to the first instalment of rent.
