The project ensures a sustainable future, respecting and celebrating the Market Hall’s heritage. It will provide a new home for Holyhead Library and the Island’s local history collections as well as providing exhibition space, new spaces for learning, training and community activities.
Lease Terms
Negotiable. Lease agreement with rent paid monthly in advance. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of the lease, which will be in the region of £621.55. The Council has a policy of securing commercial rental deposits equal to 6 months’ rent. This is a completely separate payment to the first instalment of rent. A 6 Monthly fair proportion service charge will also be payable
