Brief Description
Early C19 wind-powered corn mill, thought to have been built in 1829. Closed in 1893 and was adapted for use as a telecommunications tower in the 1990s.

Directions
From the end of Industrial Estate Road, Llangefni (approximately 1.8 miles north of Junction 6 of the A55 expressway), turn right on the mini roundabout onto Bridge Street. Proceed up the road and take the fourth exit (signposted Talwrn B5109), followed by the first left into Bron Dinas. The mill is at the end of the road and enjoys a commanding view over the town.

Lease Terms
A three-year lease agreement with rent paid monthly in advance. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of the lease, which will be in the region of £621.55. The Council has a policy of securing commercial rental deposits equal to 6 months’ rent. This is a completely separate payment to the first instalment of rent. Isle of Anglesey County Council reserves the right to fix their own communication apparatus to the property.
